1. Overview
OUTBOUND (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides a hyperlocal doorstep collection service for prepaid parcels and other outgoing items. By using our service, you (“you”, “the customer”, “the household”) agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Eligibility and Service Area
- The current service is available only to households participating in the Berkhamsted Trial.
- Each household may use one free pickup during the trial period, subject to availability and confirmation.
- Continued or recurring use after the free pickup requires a paid subscription or per-pickup payment, as stated on our website: senditoutbound.com.
3. Service Description
- OUTBOUND collects prepaid parcels (e.g. Royal Mail, Evri, Amazon Returns) directly from your doorstep.
- Parcels must:
- Have a valid and correctly attached prepaid courier label.
- Be securely packaged and safe to handle.
- Be left in a clearly visible, accessible location on the agreed pickup day.
We do not:
- Supply courier labels.
- Accept hazardous, illegal, or restricted items.
- Guarantee delivery by your chosen courier (we act as a handover intermediary only).
